Of course each situation is a little different, but we definitely see results with consistent work.  What I usually see goes something like this:

First month –

  • Sense of relief and feeling of support
  • Increased motivation

  • Increased self-discipline
  • Increased self esteem
  • Feeling of moving forward
  • Boost in confidence

Second and Third Month –

  • Feeling effective in your life
  • Feeling empowered you have achieved some of your goals
  • Feeling happier overall
  • Confident you can achieve goals
  • Feeling less foggy about your life and the choices you make

Beyond –

  • You gain a vision for your life
  • You are closer to those you love
  • All of your relationships improve
  • You are confident
  • You are effectively expressing yourself and your desires
  • You advocate for yourself
  • You have a strong sense of self
  • New opportunities are coming your way
  • You feel empowered with great communication skills and a new understanding of yourself
